Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are handmade personal care and hygiene items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

This policy exists for sanitary, safety, and quality-control reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo(s) of the item(s) received
  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer (at our discretion):

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A partial refund

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kitty Candy™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.

We are happy to assist with claim documentation when applicable.

Order Delays

Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Order delays do not qualify for refunds. We appreciate your patience as a small, handmade business.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We take fraudulent or bad-faith disputes seriously.

Any customer who files a false, abusive, or unscrupulous chargeback or dispute after receiving their order or failing to follow our policies may be permanently prohibited from future purchases.

This prohibition may include, but is not limited to, restrictions based on:
